Japanese beauty arrested

According to TBS News , the recent arrest of Suzu Sannomiya (22 years old) on charges of violating Japan 's Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control Act has garnered significant attention. She is suspected of possessing approximately 2.67 grams of ketamine in a car parked in a parking lot in Kochi City along with her boyfriend, Aoki Keishiro.

The incident stemmed from police patrolling the entertainment district of Kochi City and receiving a tip from a citizen about a man exhibiting signs of drug use in a bar. After the man left the bar, authorities conducted an inspection.

During the inspection, police discovered white powder in a bag and in a backpack placed on the back seat of the car. Subsequent testing confirmed the white powder in the car was ketamine. Aoki Keishiro was arrested on June 10th.

Suzu Sannomiya was not arrested at the time the incident was discovered. According to local media, she cooperated with the police, and initial urine tests showed no signs of drug use. However, after further investigation, police believe Sannomiya and Aoki had traveled together in the vehicle for several days prior to the incident being discovered.

Sannomiya denied the allegations, stating that the drugs were not hers and that she was unaware of the ketamine in the car. Meanwhile, Aoki admitted his involvement in possessing the drugs but denied complicity with Sannomiya.
