Visiting Pu Luong during this season, people can immerse themselves in the cool weather and, especially, be captivated by the enchanting "golden season" landscape.

Nature has bestowed many special gifts upon Pu Luong. At an altitude of approximately 1,700 meters above sea level, this land, considered the "gateway to heaven," enjoys a cool and pleasant climate year-round; the favorable weather conditions ensure lush vegetation.
Mr. Ha Van Duoc, a resident of Don village (Thanh Lam commune, Ba Thuoc district), said that Pu Luong has two rice seasons in a year. One season ripens around the end of May to the beginning of June, and the other from mid-September to the beginning of October. This year, the rice is growing well, promising a bountiful harvest.
These days, the rice on the terraced fields in Kho Muong, Don, and Bang villages, among others, in Thanh Lam and Thanh Son communes (Ba Thuoc district) are gradually turning golden. From above, the entire "golden season" landscape unfolds, here rhythmically like musical notes, there winding like interwoven silk ribbons, stretching as far as the eye can see.
Visiting Pu Luong, people not only get to immerse themselves in the beautiful natural scenery but also experience the culture of the Thai ethnic group. At this "gateway to heaven," many beautiful aspects of the ethnic group's culture are still preserved intact. Besides nature, culture is an invaluable asset that the Thai people here always cherish and protect.
