Second Book and Culture Night

On the evening of January 2nd, the second annual Book and Culture Night Festival took place at Nguyen Van Binh Book Street (Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City).

The event was organized by the City Department of Culture and Sports in collaboration with the Vietnam Publishers Association and many other units.

Following the initial pilot program held at the end of November 2025, this year's Book and Culture Night Festival aims to expand the model of reading culture activities and gradually create a nighttime cultural space to serve residents and tourists.

Taking place over three days (from January 2-4), the festival offers the public a diverse range of cultural activities including creative workshops and experiences such as: cultural and artistic exchange and discussion programs; and acoustic music nights featuring many young bands.

In addition, the space for stalls showcasing Vietnamese coffee, tea, traditional cakes, books, a pop-up library, architecture, design, folk games, calligraphy, and handicraft experiences offers the public a multi-sensory journey of discovering Vietnamese culture.
