* On the afternoon of February 4th, Comrade Nguyen Van Thong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, along with a delegation from the province, presented Tet gifts to poor families and households in difficult circumstances in Nam Cat commune, Nam Dan district. In Nam Cat commune, Nam Dan district, Comrade Nguyen Van Thong and the delegation presented 30 Tet gift packages, each containing 1 million VND in cash and a carton of TH True Milk.

* A delegation from the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs visited and presented gifts to centers for the rehabilitation of severely wounded soldiers, mentally ill soldiers, and social work centers and protection centers in the province.

* On the morning of February 4th, the Nghe An Department of Health organized the 9th "Drop of Red, White Blouse" Blood Donation Day. More than 1,500 officials, civil servants, and employees from 31 health units in Vinh City participated in donating blood to save lives.

* The streets of Nghe An are illuminated with dazzling New Year's decorations for the Year of the Dragon. Especially at night, the rows of New Year's poles adorned with flashing lights create a unique beauty and a vibrant New Year's atmosphere throughout the villages of Nghe An.

These days, fish grilling ovens in Cua Lo, Dien Chau, Quynh Luu, and Hoang Mai are burning day and night to supply the market for the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Dragon 2024. This is not only a traditional feature of the locality but also brings high income to the people.
