Previously, on April 2, a video appeared on social networks recording the image of a man using a brick to hit a motorbike at a traffic police station on duty, causing a stir in public opinion. The incident happened at the intersection of Pham Hung - Nguyen Hoang (Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi).
According to information, at the time of the incident, the working group of Road Traffic Police Team No. 6, Hanoi City Police Traffic Police Department on duty at the above intersection discovered Mr. D.XH (21 years old, residing in Cau Giay). , Hanoi) driving a motorbike towing another vehicle carrying bulky goods.
Traffic police officers stopped the vehicle, inspected it, and made an administrative violation record against the driver.
