Thus, people nationwide can now download and use the nTrust anti-phishing software for free, helping to protect their phones and join the anti-phishing community.
In the context of increasingly complex and diverse forms of online fraud, the development and provision of nTrust software contributes to helping users detect potential fraud risks early.

Reportedly, nTrust software also supports the function of scanning applications on phones, detecting malware or fake software. Users can download the software from Google Play or the App Store to their phones.
According to the National Cybersecurity Association: nTrust is a non-profit software project that does not use state budget funds; its funding is raised from social donations, and the software was also introduced on May 13th at the "Preventing Cyber Fraud" conference.
Hundreds of volunteers participated in the June 2024 trial, facilitating the updating and refinement of the application's features. As a result, the new version significantly improves malware scanning capabilities and optimizes software performance.
Mr. Vu Ngoc Son from the National Security Association stated that the nTrust anti-fraud database currently contains over 1 million records, verified and compiled from data sources of the Ministry of Public Security , the Ministry of Information and Communications, the State Bank of Vietnam, and member cybersecurity organizations of the Association.
When people download and use the nTrust software, they also join the nTrust anti-fraud community. Accordingly, if they detect any signs of fraud, they can report suspicious phone numbers, account numbers, links, or apps to the center through the built-in feature in the software. This reported data will be collected, verified, and updated for the entire nTrust user community.
nTrust software prioritizes privacy, allowing users complete control over and selection of the information they want to review and report.
