Continuous heavy rain since September 22nd has caused the water level of the Lam Tra River, located in Hung Dao commune, to rise rapidly.

If this dike is breached, it will affect and flood hamlets 5, 6, and 7 of Hung Dao commune. Residents have been notified and advised to raise their belongings to avoid damage from flooding.

Mr. Le Huy Khoa, Chairman of the People's Committee of Hung Dao commune, shared: "The commune has mobilized forces, including village heads, police, military , and mass organizations, to focus on reviewing and compiling a list of households in need of assistance to move their property to higher ground; in case of dike breaches or overflows, we will focus on assisting and relocating people to safe places."
