At the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Biwase will present shareholders with the Board of Directors' Report on the results of production and business activities in 2023 and the plan for 2024; Report of the General Director on production and business results in 2023 and plan for 2024; Audited summary financial statements 2023; Report of the Supervisory Board in 2023; Profit distribution plan for 2023; Plan to increase charter capital by paying dividends in 2023 in shares; Presentation of profit and dividend distribution plan for 2024; Approving the conversion of 3 branches under Biwase Company into a One Member Limited Liability Company with 100% of Biwase's capital contribution; Approving the proposal for salary and remuneration payment plans for the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board and the Secretary of the Board of Directors in 2024; Approving the Internal Management Regulations supplementing the regulations for organizing the online General Meeting of Shareholders; and Approve the proposal to select the 2024 Financial Report Auditor.
