From January 21st, the Department of Education and Training of Dong Nai province sent a document to high schools in the area informing students to participate in the 2025 Exam Season Counseling Program at Dong Nai University. According to this document, the Exam Season Counseling Program is a program jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Ministry of Education and Training in provinces and cities nationwide since 1998. The program is one of the activities aimed at supporting and ensuring students' rights in accessing information about the high school graduation exam, career guidance, and university admissions every year.

Accordingly, 12th-grade students are given priority to participate in the in-person counseling program at Dong Nai University. In addition, schools also organize online sessions for students who cannot attend in person, allowing them to follow the program through Thanh Nien Newspaper 's channels. .

Similarly, the Department of Education and Training of Binh Duong province also sent a document to high schools in the area regarding participation in the 2025 Exam Season Counseling Program. Also in the program, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh, Director of the Center for Testing and Evaluation of Training Quality (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City), further noted the new features of the competency assessment exam and the admission process of member units.
