The new houses were built in safe locations.

These days, amidst the general atmosphere of excitement and joy, Mr. Hang A Trang of Mu Cao village also welcomes the 14th National Congress of the Party with his own joy. That joy comes from the fact that his family has officially moved into their new house, no longer having to worry about rain, wind, or natural disasters.

For Mr. Trang, the concern of the Party and the State at this time is clearly evident in his newly built house. In their new home, Mr. Trang's family expressed their gratitude to the Party and the Government for this care, while also showing their confidence in a brighter future under the leadership of the Party and the State.

Mr. Trang's new house is one of five houses in Phinh Ho that have been completed and put into use as part of the "Quang Trung Campaign" implemented recently, acknowledging the efforts of the Party Committee and the government of Phinh Ho commune in carrying out this task.

According to Nguyen Thanh Hung, Secretary of the Commune Party Committee, right from the start of the task, the Commune Party Committee assigned clear responsibilities to each mass organization to coordinate closely with the police and militia forces to support each household, with the goal of ensuring that all households have houses before the Lunar New Year.

Police officers and soldiers are assisting residents in transporting building materials for their homes.

Due to the unique characteristics of the mountainous terrain in the highlands, the process of building houses for households in Phinh Ho commune faces many difficulties. One of the main challenges is finding a safe location for construction under conditions of limited land availability. In response to this, Phinh Ho commune has sent officials to directly survey and coordinate with households to carefully assess each location, ensuring that each new house is built in a position that minimizes the risk of future natural disasters.

In addition, the mountainous terrain and difficult transportation also created many obstacles in gathering building materials. However, with the active support of the police, militia, and various organizations, the new houses were completed on schedule.

Mr. Phang A Cho from Pang De village shared: “My family received support from commune officials and youth union members in transporting building materials by motorbike from the main material collection point to the construction site along a narrow road more than a kilometer long. Thanks to this, we were able to quickly bring all the necessary materials to start building the house. Now, my family has a safe new house to live in.”

Cadres and youth union members actively participated in assisting people in building houses.

Throughout the process of assisting households in building houses, the organizations have consistently demonstrated a high sense of responsibility.

Ms. Sung Thi May, Secretary of the Phinh Ho Commune Youth Union, shared: “The commune's Youth Union was assigned to directly support Mr. Hang A Trang's household in Mu Cao village. Mr. Trang's old house was severely damaged by a landslide. Immediately after the support plan was approved, the commune's Youth Union mobilized more than 40 members to participate in dismantling the old house, leveling the ground, transporting materials, and helping the family build a new house.”

Mr. Hang A Trang's new family home was built in a high, dry location, away from areas at risk of landslides, and was equipped with standard sanitary facilities, suitable for the living conditions and customs of the local people.

This place not only provides shelter from the rain and sun, but also serves as a foundation for his family to live a stable and secure life.

Mr. Hang A Trang emotionally shared: “Previously, my house was affected by landslides, and my family was very worried but didn't know what to do. Thanks to the government's support, this Tet holiday my family has a new, safe house to live in and can focus on developing our economy with peace of mind.”

In addition to supporting Mr. Hang A Trang's family, the Youth Union of Phinh Ho commune proactively assigned its branches to deploy members to assist other households, with an average of 5-10 members regularly supporting families, helping to speed up the construction and completion of new houses.

The leaders of Phình Hồ commune regularly visit and inspect the house construction progress of local households.

With the coordinated efforts of the local Party committee, government, and mass organizations, all five households in Phinh Ho commune have completed the construction of their new houses before December 31, 2025, ensuring they meet all criteria for safety, quality, and suitability to the local conditions.

The newly completed houses, finished on schedule, are clear evidence of the local authorities' decisive and responsible involvement. Each house is not only a place of shelter for the people but also strengthens the deep trust of the people in the highlands, such as in Phinh Ho, in the Party and the State.
