Emotions from the "parliamentary session"
After much effort, Tran Le Ha Vy finally had the opportunity to stand before the parliament, share her views, and offer suggestions to help children have better lives. This is something she had long dreamed of.
From all corners of the country, 306 young delegates, all outstanding members of the youth organization, gathered at the program. In their journeys, the delegates carried with them the thoughts and aspirations of the local children that they wanted to convey.

At the "Children's Parliament" session, Ha Vy and her friends demonstrated their abilities through closed-door interviews, group work activities, and video clip creation. From these, outstanding individuals were selected to become key delegates. Subsequently, Ha Vy and her friends tried various roles before finding their designated position.
After a rather rigorous interview process, upon learning she had been chosen to play the role of Minister of Information and Communications , Ha Vy was overwhelmed with happiness. To fulfill this important responsibility, Ha Vy quickly grasped the program; prepared the necessary content; brainstormed ideas; and repeatedly watched videos of the Minister's speeches to learn from them. Thanks to this, she was able to consolidate her knowledge and become more confident.
Playing the role of Minister of Information and Communications, Tran Le Ha Vy was questioned by young delegates about solutions for managing images and videos related to school violence on the internet, and the issue of managing e-cigarette advertising. After answering the questions from the young National Assembly delegates from Vinh Phuc province during the mock session, Ha Vy received applause in the assembly hall, and she felt even happier and prouder to have presented solutions for managing pressing issues that concern children today.
Impressive academic achievements

Excellent academic performance was the primary criterion for Ha Vy's selection to participate in the mock National Assembly session. From her early elementary school years, Ha Vy demonstrated herself to be a well-behaved, diligent student, actively participating in school and class activities. In middle school, her talent for hosting and public speaking became evident in numerous school and local events, leading to her being chosen as the MC for many children's programs in Bat Xat district.
Throughout her seven years of schooling, Ha Vy consistently achieved the title of excellent student. Notably, she also excelled in numerous competitions, including a second prize in Chinese language at the district level and participation in the provincial-level advanced-level Chinese language competition for high school students; a second prize in the district-level science and technology competition for high school students in the 2024-2025 school year; a second prize in the provincial-level science and technology competition for high school students in the 2024-2025 school year; a Certificate of Merit from the District Department of Education and Training for outstanding performance in the 2023-2024 school year; and being one of the 10 outstanding young people of Lao Cai in 2024...
Tran Le Ha Vy said: "My favorite subject is Chinese. To excel in this subject, I've spent a lot of time listening, reading, and writing, and listening to Chinese songs to practice pronunciation and expand my vocabulary. My immediate goal is to pass the entrance exam for the Chinese language class at Lao Cai Specialized High School, and then become a student at the University of Foreign Languages (Vietnam National University, Hanoi)."
Ha Vy also shared her secret to achieving good academic results: diligent practice, setting daily goals to accomplish, and marking each completed goal with a feeling of pride and happiness.

"Knowledge will be the key to unlocking the doors to the future. My parents' advice is what inspires me to learn every day," Tran Le Ha Vy shared.
Speaking about her young student Tran Le Ha Vy, Ms. Bui Thi Hien, Principal of Quang Kim Secondary School, said: "Ha Vy is an excellent, well-behaved, and exemplary student in all school and class activities. She also has artistic talent. The school always creates opportunities for her to participate in activities and competitions, thereby developing her strengths and honing her skills and knowledge."
