As a lowland commune of Yen Binh district, Dai Minh has 6 villages with 994 households and 3,734 people. The commune has 9 ethnic groups living together, of which the Kinh ethnic group accounts for 97%. Currently, the whole commune has 425 hectares with 720 households growing grapefruit, in 2023 it will bring a total income of 50 billion VND to the people, many union members and youth in the commune have escaped poverty from citrus trees.

From the results of family economic development, Thuong has actively guided, helped, and shared experiences with people in the village and commune, especially the union members, youth, and militia to improve the productivity and quality of grapefruit products, meeting market demand. In 2023 alone, she coordinated with the district's Social Policy Bank to lend over 4 billion VND. Of which, the loan capital to create jobs for union members and youth is 650,000,000 VND. At the same time, she coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to organize professional training to manage and effectively promote capital sources for team leaders managed by the commune union.

From the loan capital, member Nguyen Van Son of Minh Than village Youth Union established a honey beekeeping cooperative with 5 members, creating jobs for 15 members and young people in the area with a stable income of 4 to 7 million VND/person/month; The beautiful grapefruit garden model of member Ta Huu Tinh's household - Kha Linh village brings in an annual income of 300 - 400 million VND; The citrus fruit tree model of member Nguyen Van Hung - Cau Mo village brings in an annual income of 250 - 300 million VND; The forest product processing model of member Pham Quang Giap - Lang Can village helps create jobs for 12 workers who are members and young people in the area. The honey beekeeping model from the grapefruit garden of member Nguyen Van Hao - Minh Than village brings in an annual income of over 200 million VND...

Up to now, Thuong has supported youth union members to establish 02 Cooperatives, 03 Cooperative Groups led by youth with a total of 30 members, and introduced 25 members to join other Cooperatives in the district. He has helped 8 militiamen in the village, each militiaman applying the model has an income of 80 to 100 million VND/year.

Along with that, Thuong also actively propagates and mobilizes households in the village to participate in cooperative groups, Dai Minh Grapefruit Cooperative and Dai Minh Agricultural Service Cooperative, in which the militia force has 22 comrades participating as members and all of them are guided by Thuong to apply digital transformation in planting, caring for and consuming grapefruit, helping households create QR Codes to trace the origin of grapefruit, sell grapefruit products on e-commerce platforms...

As Secretary of the Commune Youth Union - Member of the Steering Committee for New Rural Construction in Dai Minh Commune, Thuong and the Executive Committee have organized many activities to promote the movement of the Commune Youth Union on "Dai Minh Youth join hands to build a model New Rural Commune" associated with union and association activities to attract union members, association members, and young people to participate in union activities.

In the period of 2021-2023, Dai Minh Youth Union members have repaired 3.5 km of rural roads, expanded 5m roads to concrete, contributing to building Yen Binh district to reach the New Rural District goal in 2023; built and launched 06 self-managed youth roads; organized planting, care and management of 2.8 km of flower roads; organized the construction and launch of self-managed youth teams for collecting pesticide packaging, installed 28 garbage collection pits at 6/6 village branches; built and launched 2 models of self-managed youth roads "Bright - green - clean" at 02 village branches of Lang Can and Dai Than. Each model attracted 20 members to participate in the self-managed team with a total length of each road of 1.2 km.

From the beginning of 2022 to now, the Commune Youth Union has organized 25 working sessions mobilizing over 500 working days of union members and youth, participating in activities of cleaning village roads, building sidewalks, planting and taking care of flowers on intra-village roads in 6 villages in the commune; organizing the construction of a children's playground and consolidating a volleyball court for the village with a total cost of 12,000,000 VND, of which the Commune Youth Union supported and called for support of 2,500,000 VND. The activity attracted 25 working days of union members and youth to participate with the village to complete the project; Install 22 Garbage tanks in the fields of 6 villages in the area and assign the branches to manage and maintain the models of "Garbage tanks for collecting pesticide packaging", organize environmental protection campaigns with periodic activities to collect pesticide packaging in the fields. From the beginning of 2024 to now, 8 campaigns have been organized, attracting 185 union members and young people to participate...

Hoang Thi Hong Thuong has been awarded many noble awards by all levels and sectors for many years, such as: Certificates of Merit, Certificates of Merit. In 2023 alone, Thuong received 1 Certificate of Merit from the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union for her outstanding achievements in the work of the Union and the youth movement, winning the "October 15" award in 2023 and 4 certificates of merit, including 1 Certificate of Merit from the Yen Binh District Military Command for winning the Second Prize in the Provincial Competition for Excellent Political Teachers in 2023.

Always taking the lead, being an example in both completing assigned tasks well and developing the family economy to ensure social security, contributing to building a warm and happy family, having well-behaved and studious children, being filial to grandparents and parents is very important because "family is the cell of society". Over the years, Thuong's family has always been recognized by the People's Committee of the commune as a typical cultural family, exemplary in implementing the conventions and village and hamlet regulations, and the children always achieve high academic achievements.
