Accordingly, Clicks for iPhone will turn Apple devices into the BlackBerry of 2024. A video posted by the developer shows a case compatible with the iPhone 14 Pro, 15 Pro, and 15 Pro Max. It includes a physical keyboard, a feature not found on recently released devices, but with interesting functions.
Clicks for iPhone will transform your modern iPhone into a classic BlackBerry.
One of the major advantages of this keyboard is that it doesn't work via Bluetooth, but rather through a Lightning connection in the case of the iPhone 14 Pro and a USB-C connection in the case of the iPhone 15 Pro/15 Pro Max.
The case is made of silicone and doesn't include any extra battery inside so as not to add extra weight to the device or increase its size at the bottom. The case's keyboard runs on the iPhone's battery, although one of its co-founders, popular YouTuber Michael Fisher, assures that this aspect doesn't actually significantly impact the phone's battery life.
The price for this accessory ranges from $139 to $159.
The Clicks for iPhone has a backlight for nighttime use. The casing comes in gold and gray, with a leather grip on the back for a premium look. It features 36 polycarbonate buttons. Interestingly, this keyboard has some notable features such as integrated shortcuts to return to the home screen or perform quick actions within certain apps, as well as the ability to use the space bar to scroll through Safari or other apps.
The product is currently on sale with an estimated delivery date of February 1st and a price of $139 for the variant designed for the iPhone 14 Pro or 15 Pro, while the variant for the iPhone 15 Pro Max costs $159.
