Launching the "Rapid Advance" emulation campaign.

On the morning of February 27th, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Border Guard Command held a ceremony to launch a high-intensity emulation campaign. To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Southern Vietnam and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 135th anniversary of the birth of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025), Colonel Cao Huu Cuong, Deputy Commander of the Provincial Border Guard, attended and launched the emulation campaign.

With the theme "Rapid - Decisive Victory," the emulation campaign, taking place from March 1, 2025 to May 19, 2025, includes the following contents: Emulating in doing a good job in education and propaganda to raise awareness, responsibility, and determination among officers and soldiers. Emulating in doing a good job in preparing and organizing Party Congresses at all levels and the 11th National Emulation Congress.

Colonel Cao Huu Cuong launched the emulation campaign.

Thoroughly understand and comprehensively implement the military, national defense, and border defense plans and tasks for 2025; focus intensely on successfully completing the key political tasks that have been identified. Strictly maintain combat readiness, promptly advise and effectively handle situations, prevent being caught off guard, and firmly protect national sovereignty, territorial integrity, and border security. Coordinate with other forces to maintain political security and social order in border areas, preventing hotspots and complex incidents. Proactively participate in disaster prevention and mitigation, search and rescue operations, fire prevention and control, and protecting state property and the lives of the people.

Training is conducted according to the correct principles, viewpoints, and coordination; training is provided to personnel according to the plan, program, and content, ensuring 100% participation; 100% of personnel meet the requirements in inspections, with 75% or more achieving good or excellent results. Exercises, competitions, and sports events are organized and participated in rigorously, safely, and with high achievements. Emphasis is placed on developing the working methods, style, and comprehensive capabilities of officers and soldiers to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

Departments, divisions, and offices of the Provincial Border Guard Command signed a competition agreement.

Promote the emulation movement "The Army Logistics Sector follows President Ho Chi Minh's teachings," and the campaign "Managing and exploiting weapons and technical equipment well, durably, safely, and economically, and ensuring traffic safety." Ensure full and timely logistical, financial, and technical support for all tasks, especially training, combat readiness, emergency missions, and search and rescue operations.

Competing to build regular agencies and units, strictly adhering to laws and discipline, and promoting military administrative reform and digital transformation.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, the leaders of the Provincial Border Guard Command witnessed the signing of a competition agreement between the departments, offices, and bureaus under the Provincial Border Guard Command.
