Substandard samples of ACTISÔ medicine were found.

On June 30th, information from the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Health indicated that they had ordered a pharmacy in Duc Trong commune to seal all of its ACTISÔ traditional medicine produced by Lam Dong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company because it failed to meet the quality requirements regarding the permissible volume limit according to the company's standards.

Previously, the Lam Dong Provincial Center for Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Testing collected samples of the aforementioned medicine from D.N Pharmacy (Hai Thuong Lan Ong Street, Duc Trong Commune) for testing. The sample had registration number VD-31055-18, production batch number 021024, production date 30/10/24, and expiry date 291026. The manufacturer was Ladophar - Lam Dong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company. The results showed that this sample did not meet the quality requirements for the permissible volume limit according to the standard.

The Lam Dong Department of Health requires that within 24 hours of receiving this document, D.N Pharmacy must seal all remaining ACTISO oral medication.

Ladaphar must coordinate with the Lam Dong Provincial Center for Pharmaceutical and Cosmetic Testing to collect additional samples at the production facility and at least two drug distribution/user facilities as required. These additional samples must be sent to the Ho Chi Minh City Institute of Drug Testing or the National Institute of Drug Testing for re-testing.
