Developing culture through everyday activities and small actions can spread and contribute to building national values.
For example, civilized behavior, a sense of responsibility, and on a smaller scale, things like disposing of trash properly, practicing queuing etiquette, and respecting the law will spread to family relationships and the community.
Social media will be a very effective platform for spreading good values, supporting what is right, exposing wrongdoing, and monitoring uncivilized behavior.
Cultural development also impacts administrative reform , coordination within the government apparatus, and the upgrading of management efficiency. Checking compliance with the law and promptly addressing violations also serves cultural development.
Public officials and civil servants who set a good example by demonstrating a high degree of self-discipline in performing their duties and resolving issues also contribute to building a culture, developing a system of public cultural services, and promoting the reform of individual and social behavior.
People who do good deeds and live responsibly towards society should be promptly honored; this will also spread cultural values. Beyond the law, using culture to judge right and wrong behavior is also a practical goal.
It is essential to implement the cultural rights of citizens, ensuring that doing what is right benefits them, protecting what is good and just, and being useful to those with a high degree of self-awareness.
Enriching public cultural services, including mobile or socialized cultural activities, creates more diverse playgrounds serving various segments of society in terms of conditions, education level, occupation, income, age, and interests.
Simultaneously, promote the development of the cultural industry and the socialization of cultural infrastructure. Encourage organizations and individuals to organize and exploit trade fairs and exhibitions, or cooperate in developing cultural products, promoting green development, and facilitating international cultural information exchange.
Authorities can commission creative designs that incorporate new ideas into administrative procedures and environmental protection.
