Phu Tho will experience a cold spell starting tonight.

According to the Northern Mountain Region Meteorological and Hydrological Station on November 25th, this cold air mass will affect Phu Tho province from tonight with strong northeasterly winds of level 1-2. The weather will turn cold with the lowest temperatures during this period generally ranging from 15-17 degrees Celsius.

On November 26th, in the western mountainous areas including Thanh Thuy, Thanh Son, Yen Lap, and Tan Son districts, the lowest temperature is forecast to be 16-18 degrees Celsius, with an average temperature of 19-20 degrees Celsius; in the midland hilly areas including Cam Khe, Thanh Ba, Ha Hoa, Doan Hung districts and Phu Tho town; and in the plains including Viet Tri city, Lam Thao district, Tam Nong district and Phu Ninh district, the lowest temperature is forecast to be 15-17 degrees Celsius, with an average temperature of 20-21 degrees Celsius.

On November 27th, the western mountainous areas, the midland hills, and the plains are forecast to have minimum temperatures of 15-17 degrees Celsius, with average temperatures ranging from 18-20 degrees Celsius. Due to the influence of a cold front, from the evening of November 25th to the morning of November 26th, there will be scattered rain and light rain in various parts of the province. Warnings are issued regarding the possibility of accompanying natural disasters, but there is little likelihood of impact on the environment, living conditions, infrastructure, and socio- economic activities in the area.
