The "Fruits from the Forest - Love for Children" model is not just a story of simple handicrafts, but also a testament to the skillful community mobilization of the Kim Noi Kindergarten Party Branch, demonstrating the strength of unity between the school, family, and community in educational work.

In the morning, Ms. Sung Thi Du from Dao Xa village brought her child to the preschool, not forgetting to carry a basket full of pine cones she had collected the previous afternoon. She shared: "When I see pine cones lying by the roadside while working in the fields, I pick them up and put them in my basket to bring back for the teachers. I am very happy that this small act is beneficial for my children."
Through the skillful hands of teachers, parents, and students, pine cones have been transformed into handcrafted products such as pencil cases, flower baskets, and paintings – simple yet meaningful. When displayed at tourism festivals, fairs, or cultural exchange events, these products not only contribute to promoting the unique identity of Mu Cang Chai but also carry the story of a community that knows how to turn nature into a resource for education.
Mr. Hoang Long Giang, Principal of Kim Noi Kindergarten, said: "What makes this model special is not the amount of fundraising, but the spirit of community. From the very beginning, many parents volunteered to bring pine cones to the school, and the teachers also dedicated time to creating the products."
From that collective effort, the "Highland Souvenir Corner" is gradually taking shape, and hundreds of handcrafted products will be created.
In just one week of implementation, the initiative raised nearly 3 million VND. This money was quickly used to provide a gift worth 1.5 million VND to a child in extremely difficult circumstances. Ms. Ho Thi Nung, parent of Giang Yen Nhi, a 4-5 year old student at Dao Xa school, happily shared: "I am very happy to be doing meaningful work with the teachers. Soon I will continue collecting pine cones to make colorful paintings."

Funding from "forest fruits" not only supports tuition fees, books, school supplies, and school meals for poor children, but also motivates them to continue their education, fosters pride in their homeland, and educates students about love and sharing with those less fortunate. These simple handcrafted products also remind us of the importance of preserving and cherishing local heritage.
The initiative of Kim Noi Kindergarten is a practical activity in implementing Conclusion 01-KL/TW on continuing to promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style. According to Mr. Giang, the "Fruits from the Forest - Love for Children" model is a concrete example of the skillful mass mobilization spirit that the Party Committee of Mu Cang Chai commune is encouraging to replicate.
Beyond fundraising, the model also connects families, schools, and society, fostering a spirit of solidarity, encouraging self-reliance, and contributing to the promotion of local culture and tourism.

With creativity, consensus, and a people-oriented spirit, "Fruits from the Forest - Love for Children" is becoming a sustainable resource for education in the highlands, bringing smiles to children in the mountains of Mu Cang Chai.
