Hong Bang District, Hai Phong, welcomes a new supply of commercial townhouses.

In the final months of 2024, the real estate market in Hong Bang district – one of the three oldest central districts of Hai Phong port city – officially welcomed a new supply of commercial townhouses with the Hong Bang Midtown project.

Real estate potential in the city center.

Hai Phong, known as the "Port City," is the largest industrial and seaport center in the North, and the economic , cultural, medical, educational, scientific, commercial, and technological hub of the Northeast region. In recent years, Hai Phong has witnessed rapid urbanization along with the strong development of industrial zones, seaports, and transportation infrastructure.

In 2024, Hai Phong continued to be one of the fastest-growing localities in the country, achieving a projected GRDP growth rate of over 10%. Foreign direct investment (FDI) inflows increased by 18% compared to 2023, and the occupancy rate of industrial parks reached 90%. The increase in population due to the migration of foreign experts and domestic workers from other provinces to work in industrial parks has led to a surge in demand for housing and commercial services, especially in central areas such as Hong Bang District – the heart of Hai Phong.

Hong Bang District is one of the three central districts with the longest history of development in Hai Phong, playing a central role in culture, administration, and economy with many advantages for development and attracting diverse investments in various sectors: industry, trade and services, transportation, and seaports. Located on the southern bank of the Cam River, the district possesses a strategic position as a gateway connecting the trade and economy of the port city via major routes: National Highway 5, National Highway 10, Hung Vuong Street, and the Hanoi -Hai Phong Expressway. In addition, to meet the rapid development, key projects in the district are continuously invested in and upgraded, including: Bui Vien Boulevard connecting the city center, Hoang Van Thu Bridge connecting to Thuy Nguyen New City, Song Re Bridge connecting to An Duong District, and Binh Bridge connecting to Thuy Nguyen and Quang Ninh Province…

Hong Bang is planned to develop into a smart, civilized, and modern district; its economy will develop in the direction of services and industry, with services being the leading sector; investment in district construction aims to complete the criteria of a type I urban area by 2025.

Hong Bang is also one of the most densely populated areas in the city, with well-developed infrastructure and a constant shortage of commercial townhouses due to limited land in the city center. According to research, real estate values in Hong Bang district, particularly in central areas along Hung Vuong Street and National Highway 5, have increased by 20-30% in just three years. Therefore, owning property in a "central core" area like Hong Bang district is always highly attractive to real estate investors.

Hong Bang Midtown – New commercial townhouses at the gateway to Hong Bang district.

Hong Bang Midtown is a high-end commercial townhouse project developed by Tadugo Consulting & Investment Co., Ltd. and G5 Real Estate Investment and Management Joint Stock Company. Located on Quan Toan 1 Street, Quan Toan Ward, the project boasts a strategic location at the gateway to Hong Bang District, at the heart of the Hai Phong – Hanoi – Quang Ninh economic triangle.

The project is located right in the center connecting major industrial zones and seaports of Hai Phong. Accordingly, Hong Bang Midtown is situated in the area concentrating the Vat Cach port, Nam Ninh port, high-speed ferry terminal to Cat Ba… and is only 10 minutes away from Trang Due Industrial Park, An Duong Industrial Park, Nomura Industrial Park, and Nam Cau Kien Industrial Park.

Furthermore, the project is located in a densely populated area, surrounded by schools from kindergarten to high school, vocational schools, VMU College (part of Vietnam Maritime University), the ward's People's Committee, Quan Toan Market, and banks. This highly connected location provides a significant advantage for the project in developing new bustling commercial and entertainment streets in Hong Bang District.

At the same time, the project's location right next to major arterial roads such as National Highway 5, National Highway 10, and the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway provides a significant advantage, allowing residents and investors easy access to commercial flows and potential customers from Hanoi, Quang Ninh, and surrounding areas.

Hong Bang Midtown is built on a 12,618.01 m² plot of land, featuring a limited edition of only 75 commercial townhouses with areas ranging from 57.97 m² to 108.34 m². In terms of design, the townhouses at Hong Bang Midtown are built with 4.5 floors in a luxurious neoclassical architectural style. The commercial townhouses are optimally designed for business and residential use, maximizing profit potential for owners.

With a long-term development vision, Hong Bang Midtown promises to become the new commercial and trading center of Hong Bang district, meeting the needs of the rapidly developing real estate market in Hai Phong today. The project not only opens up business opportunities for investors but also provides a modern and convenient living space for residents.
