After 2 years of implementing Resolution No. 33 dated September 17, 9 of the Provincial People's Council on the project of developing information technology application and building digital government in Quang Nam province in the period of 2020 - 2021, up to now, the whole province has 2025 districts and cities inaugurated to operate IOC centers including: Tam Ky, Bac Tra My, Duy Xuyen, Hiep Duc, Nam Tra My, Thang Binh, Dong Giang, and Nong Son.
All agencies, units and localities have established steering committees and groups to assist in digital transformation and develop documents to synchronously deploy digital transformation content; The province has approved the content of maintaining and updating the e-government architecture of Quang Nam province 2.0.
The provincial public service portal and electronic one-stop information system have been connected to the National Public Service Portal; providing and publicizing 1.371 online public services on the National Public Service Portal to serve the needs of handling administrative procedures of organizations and individuals inside and outside the province.
Regarding the current status of human resources in information technology and digital transformation, currently, departments, agencies, People's Committees of districts, towns, cities and units have 1-2 officers in charge.
Over the past time, the province regularly organizes training courses to improve qualifications and skills for staff in charge of information technology on administration and operation of shared application systems, website management, information safety and security, and computer incident response.
Up to now, the province has 5.000 turns of staff trained in digital transformation; 3.600 members of the community technology team were trained and 1.000 times of people were trained and guided on digital transformation.
In addition, units and localities have organized digital transformation training for nearly 500 officials and employees; organized training courses to foster digital skills nearly 2.000 times of leaders, Party and State agencies from the province to the grassroots...
