The question-and-answer session was broadcast live on Vietnam Television, Voice of Vietnam, and National Assembly Television for voters and people to watch.
During the morning session, the Minister, Chairman of the Committee for Ethnic Minority Affairs and relevant Government members continued to answer questions about the second group of issues.
Next, the National Assembly questioned the third group of issues in the field of Science and Technology. The content of the interrogation revolved around the national science and technology development strategy; solutions to promote the application and deployment of advanced scientific and technological achievements and products into life; the application of high technology for socio-economic development, especially in the field of agriculture; the arrangement, management and use of the State budget for scientific research over time, the management and use of the National Science and Technology Development Fund; scientific research activities, transfer of scientific research results to the market of research units, institutes, schools and public non-business units; mechanisms and policies to encourage private investment in science and technology research and application; the implementation of policies and laws on the Science and Technology Development Fund of enterprises.
