Food safety inspection

- On the morning of April 22, the Provincial Food Safety Interdisciplinary Inspection Team launched the Food Safety Action Month 2025 across the province. This year's theme is "Ensuring food safety, focusing on food safety in collective kitchens, catering services and street food".

The provincial interdisciplinary food safety inspection team took samples to test kitchen utensils at Phan Thiet Primary School ( Tuyen Quang City).

Accordingly, from April 22 to May 15, the inspection team will focus on inspecting collective kitchens and street food in the whole province with the following contents: food safety certificates; commitment papers for safe food production; dossiers declaring standards and labels of food products; food safety conditions of establishments, equipment, tools, people; food preservation and sample storage processes...

During the inspection, the inspection team also focused on disseminating and popularizing legal regulations on food safety, knowledge in selection, preservation, and processing to production and business establishments, while praising advanced models, publicizing safe food supply chains, and strictly handling violating establishments.

Through food safety inspections, we aim to strengthen state management responsibility in ensuring food security and safety, thereby promptly detecting, preventing and handling violations in food production and trading.
