Sancho agrees to join Napoli.

Jadon Sancho has agreed to join Napoli, opening up an opportunity to revive his career in Serie A after a disappointing spell at Manchester United.

Sancho is reportedly set to move to Napoli.

However, despite the English player's agreement, the deal is not yet complete as the two clubs have not agreed on a transfer fee. According to Sky Sports , Man United are demanding €25 million, while Napoli – under manager Antonio Conte – are trying to negotiate a lower figure. Sancho is seen as a potential addition to the rebuilding effort of the Southern Italian team after a disappointing season.

Signed for over €85 million from Borussia Dortmund in 2021, Sancho has never lived up to expectations at Old Trafford. Conflicts with manager Erik ten Hag led to his exclusion from the starting lineup, and his recent loan spells back at Dortmund and Chelsea have only been temporary solutions. While he has shown some promising qualities, his future in the Premier League is virtually over.

Sancho's move to Napoli is a significant step forward, but Manchester United remains firm on financial matters. With the need to offload players and restructure the squad, Man United will have to consider whether to recoup their investment or accept a loss to free up wage bill space.

If the deal goes through, this will be a valuable opportunity for Sancho to start anew. With a new environment, a suitable tactical system, and the trust of Conte, the English star could completely rediscover his form. For Napoli, this would be a potentially lucrative signing – both high-quality and a long-term investment.
