On the brightly lit stage, songs praising the glorious Party, the great President Ho Chi Minh, and love for the homeland and country resounded with pride. The singing affirmed the boundless loyalty of cadres, Party members, and the people of the 316th Division to the Party, their patriotism, and their national pride. Each performance contributed to spreading the noble image of the Ho Chi Minh's soldiers, encouraging and motivating cadres and soldiers to actively study, train, and resolutely implement the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels.

Enthusiastically cheering on the program, Private Nguyen Duc Binh, a soldier from Company 8, Battalion 5, Regiment 148, shared: “Watching the performances, I feel even more proud of the glorious Party, the heroic Army, and the glorious traditions of Division 316. This is truly a meaningful exchange program that helps to cultivate faith and ideals for young people, creating motivation for me and my comrades to strive in training and work.”

Along with successfully completing its political tasks, the 316th Division has consistently performed its function as a working army, adhering to the motto "The army proactively reaches out to the people, not waiting for the people to seek help from the army when they are in difficulty." The cultural performances in the program, presented by the soldiers and their affiliated units, deeply depicted the close bond of solidarity between the military and the people.

Comrade Pham Thi Bich Huong, Secretary of the Tuyen Quang City Youth Union (Tuyen Quang province), said: “In recent years, the youth of Tuyen Quang City have effectively coordinated with the youth of the 316th Division in volunteer activities, helping people with labor and production, developing the economy , and building cultural life in residential areas. Many meaningful actions of officers and soldiers have left a positive impression on the local people.” The results of the coordination between the two youth organizations in the past have not only contributed to the excellent completion of youth work tasks but also contributed to concretizing and bringing the resolutions of the Party congresses at all levels into life through practical actions of the youth.

The program concluded with a traditional torch procession, a ceremonial flame carried by officers and soldiers of the 316th Division. The flame was carried from the Division's victory monument. It is a sacred and immortal flame, preserved by generations of officers and soldiers of the 316th Division for nearly 75 years under the guiding light of the glorious Party, further illuminating the Division's tradition of "Loyalty, self-reliance, unity, resilience, creativity, and victory."

Colonel Lam Dung Tien, Secretary of the Party Committee and Political Commissar of the 316th Division, affirmed: “The program ‘Shining Brightly with Faith in the Party’ is an affirmation that every officer and soldier of the 316th Division will continuously improve their political awareness, maintain unwavering faith and courage, have absolute confidence in the leadership of the Party, and strive to excellently fulfill all assigned tasks.”
