Merging 6 basic social insurance

Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance said that from October 1, the Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance system will have 33 basic social insurance agencies, as some previous basic social insurance agencies will be merged.

Accordingly, in Ho Chi Minh City, there are 6 basic social insurance agencies merged. Specifically: Can Gio basic social insurance agency merged with Nha Be basic social insurance agency, with the new name Nha Be basic social insurance agency (No. 4 Duong Thi Nam Street, Nha Be Commune); Ngai Giao basic social insurance agency merged with Phu My basic social insurance agency, with the new name Phu My basic social insurance agency (No. 7 Nguyen Tat Thanh, Phu My Ward). Currently, the headquarters is under construction, so people and businesses contact to resolve work at Lot B-01, Street No. 1, Phu My residential area, Song Vinh Quarter, Phu My Ward). Long Dien basic social insurance agency merged with Ho Tram basic social insurance agency, with the new name Dat Do basic social insurance agency (Hiep Hoa Hamlet, Dat Do Commune); Bau Bang basic social insurance agency merged with Dau Tieng basic social insurance agency, with the new name Dau Tieng basic social insurance agency (No. 1 Tran Phu Street, San Bay Hamlet, Dau Tieng Commune); Phu Giao Social Insurance merged with Bac Tan Uyen Social Insurance, the new name is Bac Tan Uyen Social Insurance (Road No. 3, administrative center of Bac Tan Uyen commune); Tan Thuan Social Insurance merged into Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance (No. 5, Nguyen Dong Chi Street, Tan My Ward)... Besides, there are 3 Social Insurance bases that were split: Cat Lai Social Insurance was split into Cat Lai Social Insurance and Thu Duc Social Insurance; Tan Uyen Social Insurance was split into Tan Uyen Social Insurance and Binh Duong Social Insurance; Tam Thang Social Insurance was split into Tam Thang Social Insurance and Ba Ria Social Insurance.

Thus, currently, the social insurance system in Ho Chi Minh City has 9 functional departments (Department of Collection Management and Participant Development; Social Insurance Regime Department; Health Insurance Regime Department; Planning - Finance Department; Inspection Department; Personnel Organization Department; Participant Propaganda and Support Department; Information Technology and Digital Transformation Department and Office) and 33 grassroots social insurance agencies.
