By nearly 10 am, gold was trading at $4,978 per ounce, which is approximately 21.3 million VND per tael lower than the domestic gold price.
Domestically, gold trading businesses listed the price of SJC gold bars at a common level of 176 million VND/ounce (buying price) - 179 million VND/ounce (selling price), a decrease of 2 million VND/ounce compared to the end of the previous day.
For gold rings, Saigon Jewelry Company Limited set the price at 175.5 million VND/ounce (buying price) - 178.5 million VND/ounce (selling price), a decrease of 2 million VND/ounce.
Bao Tin Minh Chau Co., Ltd. reduced its gold price from 178 million VND/ounce (buying price) - 181 million VND/ounce (selling price) to 176 million VND/ounce (buying price) - 179 million VND/ounce (selling price).
Similarly, Phu Quy Group listed the price at 175.7 million VND/ounce (buying) - 178.7 million VND/ounce (selling) instead of 177.5 million VND/ounce (buying) - 180.5 million VND/ounce (selling).
