At the conference to implement tasks after one year of operation of the political system in Bac Thai Ninh commune, Hung Yen province, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Nguyen Hong Dien highly appreciated the commune's Party committee and government for successfully completing many new and difficult tasks, quickly stabilizing the apparatus, and ensuring smooth and effective operation. He also requested that commune leaders actively engage with the grassroots, be close to the people, and promptly understand their thoughts and aspirations.

Many effective models and methods

Bac Thai Ninh commune was established by merging Duong Hong Thuy and Thai Phuc communes. After one year of implementing the two-tiered local government model, Ha Duy Thien, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Thai Ninh commune, stated that the commune has quickly stabilized its organization, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the apparatus and achieving many positive results.

Accordingly, Party building and organizational work has been implemented synchronously, ensuring compliance with the spirit of the Central Committee's resolutions on organizational restructuring. The commune People's Council continues to innovate and improve the quality of its operations. To date, it has successfully held 6 sessions (3 regular sessions and 3 specialized sessions), issuing 40 resolutions that provide a legal basis for the management, administration, and development of the commune.

The People's Committee of the commune focuses on comprehensively directing the implementation of tasks related to socio- economic development, national defense, security, and government building; promptly issuing decisions on organizational structure and personnel matters within its authority. Planning work is given priority; the General Planning document for Bac Thai Ninh commune for the period 2026-2030, with a vision to 2050, has been completed and submitted to the competent authority for consideration and approval.

A highlight is the continued acceleration of administrative reform linked to digital transformation, according to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Thai Ninh commune. He stated that the model of "government accompanying and serving the people and businesses" has been effectively implemented.
