Soc Trang implements the "Digital Coffee" model.

The program was attended by Mr. Nguyen Thanh Duy, Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Soc Trang province; Dr. Ma Truong Thanh (Can Tho University); representatives from various departments, localities, VNPT, Viettel , and about 100 young people including students and youth union members.

The "Digital Coffee - Dialogue on Future Technology" model is one of the activities of the Department of Science and Technology of Soc Trang province aimed at implementing the "Digital Literacy Movement"; Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW (dated December 22, 2024) of the Politburo , on the development of science, technology and innovation until 2030, with a vision to 2045.

"Digital Coffee - Dialogue on Future Technology" was held for the first time with the theme " Artificial Intelligence - From Understanding Correctly to Taking Real Action". The event was held in both in-person (sharing and exchanging ideas between speakers and participants) and online (on the Fangage of the Soc Trang Provincial Digital Technology Center).
