Tokyo Girls Collection 2026 – a renowned Japanese fashion and music festival – will take place in Ho Chi Minh City on March 28-29, bringing together stars from both countries.
On the Japanese side, there's the band One Or Eight and singer Miyuna.
Among them, One Or Eight is a rising idol group with a hit song that charted on the Billboard charts and boasts approximately 1.7 million monthly listeners on Spotify.
Meanwhile, Miyuna, born in 2002, became widely known to Vietnamese audiences when she defeated Phuong My Chi to win the Sing! Asia 2025 competition.

The Vietnamese side includes singers Soobin, Min, Phuong Ly, Quang Hung MasterD, Rhyder, Captain Boy, LyLy…
According to the organizers, this is the perfect time to bring the Tokyo Girls Collection to Vietnam – a market with "potential for young, fashion- loving, and ambitious people."
They affirmed that they would create a version that was distinctly local while still adhering to the standards of an international festival.
Regarding fashion, the organizers said the event will showcase two special collections brought from Tokyo, Japan, two collections by Vietnamese designers, and several other collections.

Additionally, there will be a collection showcasing the connection between Vietnamese and Japanese fashion. The overarching message of this event is the spirit of cultural exchange, reflecting the encounter, dialogue, and blending of the two fashion cultures in a modern context.
The Tokyo Girls Collection fashion and music festival, established in 2005, has over time become an icon of Japanese popular culture.
Over the past 20 years, the event has grown in scale and influence, featuring stages hundreds of meters long and attracting more than 30,000 live spectators each time it is held.
The festival also serves as a performance venue for many famous regional artists such as BlackPink, BigBang, Twice, and others.
