The recognition of cultural families and cultural residential areas is conducted through open evaluation with a specific scoring system.

Through annual evaluations, based on content, criteria, and the percentage of households, residential areas, and agencies achieving high cultural standards, the province has seen the following results: While in 2020, over 299,500 households achieved the "Cultural Family" title and over 2,100 families received the "Cultural Family" title, by 2024, the province is projected to have 318,000 households and 2,178 hamlets/neighborhoods meeting the cultural criteria. In addition, approximately 1,200 or more agencies, units, and businesses achieve cultural standards annually.

The movement is not just a formality; it has become a need for every citizen, every residential area, and every agency, business, and unit. Participating in and fully complying with the contents of the movement contributes to building a modern, civilized, and cultured way of life.

In a spirit of democracy and civilization, 100% of residential areas throughout the province have developed and approved community regulations and conventions. Through this, the role of community self-governance has been effectively promoted. The movement has created opportunities for people to meet, share, and support each other to improve their lives, contributing to a reduction in the number of poor households from 20,595 in 2022 to 6,938 by the end of 2024.
