The "National Unity for Building a Culturally Rich Life" movement directly changes people's thinking and awareness in social behavior; creating strong bonds and promoting beautiful lifestyles from families to communities. Therefore, the movement has strong vitality and is increasingly spreading widely among all strata of the population.
From this movement, mass cultural, artistic, and sports activities have developed vigorously and widely. The beautiful traditional cultural values of the people have been revived, preserved, transmitted, and promoted. Through this, the nation's fine cultural identity has become increasingly profound; and a healthy cultural environment is being built with the care of all citizens.
In particular, the role of the political system in building cultural life has been enhanced. Cultural targets and implementation plans are included in resolutions of Party committees and government authorities. Along with this, the province's cultural development policies and mechanisms have been issued and strictly implemented. The recognition of cultural families and cultural residential areas is conducted through open evaluation with a specific scoring system.
| Through annual evaluations, based on content, criteria, and the percentage of households, residential areas, and agencies achieving high cultural standards, the province has seen the following results: While in 2020, over 299,500 households achieved the "Cultural Family" title and over 2,100 families received the "Cultural Family" title, by 2024, the province is projected to have 318,000 households and 2,178 hamlets/neighborhoods meeting the cultural criteria. In addition, approximately 1,200 or more agencies, units, and businesses achieve cultural standards annually. |
The movement is not just a formality; it has become a need for every citizen, every residential area, and every agency, business, and unit. Participating in and fully complying with the contents of the movement contributes to building a modern, civilized, and cultured way of life.

The concerted efforts of all levels of government, sectors, residential areas, and the vast majority of the people have given the movement immense vitality. This has created a healthy cultural environment, a fresh look for rural and urban areas, and improved the quality of life for the people. This has directly impacted the thoughts, morals, and lifestyles of the people.
In the age of information technology, the movement is also seen as a thread that holds together the good values in everyday life, namely human feelings, responsibility, sharing, and closeness among people in the community. The participation of households in building culturally exemplary families is no longer just a movement, but has become a source of pride and honor for each family member and clan. This is an advantage in the movement to build culturally exemplary residential areas, agencies, and units.
Through this Movement, cultural and moral values, especially family values and the standards of Vietnamese people in the new era, are amplified, becoming a combined strength in achieving the goal of building Thai Nguyen province into an increasingly civilized and modern province, joining the whole country in entering the era of development.
In a spirit of democracy and civilization, 100% of residential areas throughout the province have developed and approved community regulations and conventions. Through this, the role of community self-governance has been effectively promoted. The movement has created opportunities for people to meet, share, and support each other to improve their lives, contributing to a reduction in the number of poor households from 20,595 in 2022 to 6,938 by the end of 2024.
