Ms. Nhat Ha said: After graduating from high school, she applied to and was accepted into the Faculty of Physics Education (now the Faculty of Natural Sciences Education ) at Dong Nai University. After completing her university program, she was hired as a physics teacher at Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary School.
According to Ms. Ha, Nguyen Binh Khiem Secondary School was the leading school in Bien Hoa city at that time in terms of teaching and learning quality. Therefore, when she became part of this school, she always set herself the goal of striving to teach well to contribute to the school's overall achievements. Especially since Physics, Chemistry, and Biology were merged under the common name of Natural Science, Ms. Ha continuously self-studied, researched, and proactively sought out additional training courses in Chemistry and Biology to better perform her teaching duties in Natural Science.
Every year, she also comes up with innovative ideas in her role as homeroom teacher and in her professional work. Among them is the electronic Periodic Table of Chemical Elements, which she created based on programming and electronic circuits. With just a few button presses, students can easily learn and memorize information about the names of chemical elements, their valencies, chemical properties, and periodic variation patterns.
For over 10 years, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh, a teacher at Dak A Primary School (Bu Gia Map commune), has overcome numerous difficulties to help many students reach their goals. Ms. Ngoc Anh shared: She herself lives in Bu Gia Map and studied at Dak A Primary School. After graduating from college, she was fortunate to return to teach at the very school where she had studied.

According to Ms. Anh, over 80% of the students at Dak A Primary School are from ethnic minority groups, and their Vietnamese language skills are limited. This makes teaching them challenging, requiring her to constantly seek out the easiest ways to convey information so that students can grasp the knowledge effectively.
“I designed flashcards for mathematics. The front of the card shows the calculation, and the back shows the steps to solve it. If students forget a step while working on a particular type of math problem, they can flip the card over to find the solution. This helps students remember how to solve specific types of problems,” Ms. Anh explained. Furthermore, as a former student of the school, she shared her journey of hard work and dedication during her teaching career to motivate students to excel in their studies and have a better life in the future.
Promoting the "core" role of the movement
Besides their contributions to their professional work, the outstanding young teachers honored by the Provincial Youth Union are also key figures in school movements, helping students have a better environment for holistic development and training.

Born in Binh Long ward and raised in Quang Tri province, Nguyen Binh Khanh Hai (Secretary of the Youth Union of Binh Long Specialized High School), after graduating from Da Nang University of Physical Education and Sports , wished to return and contribute to his birthplace. Fortunately, he was recruited as a teacher at Binh Long Specialized High School. Hai said: Besides teaching, his passion for extracurricular activities runs deep in his blood, so when he first joined the school, he participated in various movements, earning the trust to be elected as Secretary of the Teachers' Youth Union Branch, Deputy Secretary of the School's Youth Union, and from 2021 to the present, Secretary of the School's Youth Union.
According to Mr. Hai, compared to other high schools, specialized schools have unique characteristics: the number of outstanding students requires a high level of participation in extracurricular activities; nearly 100% of students are boarding students, so life skills education is essential. The school's Youth Union has organized many extracurricular activities linked to life skills education for students. These include various club models that help students access and develop soft skills through event organization, teamwork, communication, critical thinking, and leadership…
The title of "Outstanding Young Teacher of Dong Nai Province" is a prestigious award presented annually to honor and commend young lecturers and teachers who have achieved outstanding results, demonstrated innovation and creativity in their teaching, and actively participated in Youth Union, Student Union, and Children's Union activities. This serves as motivation for young teachers to further their love for the profession, continuously improve, strive for excellence, and contribute more effectively to the cause of education and the Youth Union movement.
Ms. Vo Thi Ngoc Bich, Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union at Hoang Dieu High School (Long Khanh Ward), said: "To attract students to participate in extracurricular activities, the school's Youth Union needs to help students feel the need, enjoy the activities, and see themselves growing after each activity. At Hoang Dieu High School, the Youth Union always listens to the thoughts and aspirations of its members and young people to organize activities that meet the needs of students; constantly innovating activities to create interest for students and, especially, giving students opportunities to test their abilities. As Deputy Secretary of the Youth Union, Ms. Bich proposed that the Youth Union encourage students to propose ideas, develop plans, and participate in the organizing process. This helps students become more confident, mature, and feel more responsible in Youth Union work and youth movements at school."
The youthful energy on the giảng platform is measured not only by enthusiasm for teaching, but also by the ability to inspire, nurture knowledge, and help generations of students realize their dreams, contributing to the building of a modern and humane education system.
