(Baothanhhoa.vn) - Due to the impact of typhoon No. 5, high waves caused subsidence of the Hai Tien sea dike along a length of approximately 300m. In response to this situation, the People's Committee of Hoang Tien commune advises residents and tourists to avoid the affected area.
