In order to promote the effective implementation of 3 national target programs in the province, on May 10, 5, Mr. Tran Quoc Nam, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee signed and promulgated Directive No. 2023/CT-UBND on organizing the effective implementation of 09 national target programs for the period of 3-2021 in the province.
