According to Mr. Hau, the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association previously received information that Ms. Dang Thi Han Ni showed signs of violating Articles 17 and 18 of the 2006 Law on Lawyers.
Specifically, she is both a lawyer and a journalist for a newspaper in Ho Chi Minh City. The bar association sent an official dispatch to the press agency where she works and the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Home Affairs to ask to verify whether she is an official or not. However, the delegation did not receive a response from these two agencies, so there was no basis to revoke her law practice certificate.
"If the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association receives confirmation from the competent authorities that Ms. Han Ni is an official, we will remove Han Ni's status as a lawyer because she is violating the Law. monk“, said Mr. Hau.

This information belongs to personal secrets, family secrets and private life.
