Free breast cancer screening for 200 women.

HNN.VN - On January 17th, the Women's Union of Phu Xuan Ward, in coordination with Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Phu Xuan Ward Health Station, organized a free breast cancer screening program for 200 officials, members, and women in Phu Xuan Ward. The activity was supported by the "Bright Tomorrow" Fund.

Female members received examinations and information related to breast cancer.

In addition to examinations, healthcare workers also disseminate knowledge and provide members with methods for screening and early detection of breast cancer.

This helps women raise awareness and become more proactive in screening and regular health check-ups. In particular, it provides members with more knowledge and understanding of the importance of cancer screening in general, and breast cancer screening in particular, for women aged 40 and older. From there, the goal is to achieve early detection, timely treatment, and gradual control of breast cancer.

This activity demonstrates the concern and support of women's associations at all levels for their members in the work of caring for and protecting women's health in the area.
