Who is the new Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Police?

Colonel Dinh Viet Dung, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Security, Ministry of Public Security, has been transferred to take up the position of Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department.

On the afternoon of November 4th, at the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department, the Ministry of Public Security held a ceremony to announce the decision of the Minister of Public Security regarding personnel matters.

Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security, presented the decision to transfer and appoint Colonel Dinh Viet Dung as Director of the Ninh Binh Provincial Police Department.

At the ceremony, acting on behalf of the Minister of Public Security, the head of the Personnel Department announced the decision to transfer Colonel Dang Trong Cuong, Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police, to take up the position of Director of Son La Provincial Police; and to transfer and appoint Colonel Dinh Viet Dung, Deputy Director of the Internal Security Department, to take up the position of Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Tran Quoc To, Deputy Minister of Public Security, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of Colonel Dang Trong Cuong and Colonel Dinh Viet Dung in various aspects of work, combat, and force building at their respective units over the past period.

Colonel Dinh Viet Dung, Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police, expressed his gratitude for the attention and support from the leaders of the Central Party Committee of Public Security, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and People's Committee in enabling him to assume his new position. The new Director of Ninh Binh Provincial Police pledged to continue self-improvement, training, and developing his abilities, strengths, and work experience to work together with the Party Committee, the Board of Directors, and all police officers and soldiers of the province to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
