Making breakthroughs in industrial promotion.

Particularly, following the merger of Khanh Hoa and Ninh Thuan provinces, industrial promotion efforts have undergone changes to create unified and sustainable development.

Following the merger, the Provincial People's Committee approved the 2025 local industrial promotion plan to replace the previous separate plans, creating new impetus for rural industries in the province. This is a significant breakthrough, transforming from two separate industrial promotion programs into a synchronized program that is more comprehensive and diverse, in line with the scale and socio -economic characteristics of the province.

The first key change in the 2025 industrial promotion strategy is prioritizing the enhancement of internal capacity and management skills for rural industrial enterprises and establishments. Instead of focusing solely on machinery support, the industrial promotion program concentrates on supporting "soft power" for businesses through training programs. Specifically, the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center and related units organized a training conference on "Green Circular Economy," laying the foundation for environmentally friendly production models. This is an inevitable trend for Khanh Hoa's products to expand export markets and meet stringent standards.

Furthermore, the training conference on "Building Brands and Trademarks for Products" also brought many benefits to businesses, helping rural industrial products, especially specialties of the southern region such as grapes, onions, garlic, or handicrafts, to enhance their value and recognition, creating a sustainable value chain instead of just selling raw products. Through the training, rural industrial establishments improved their management capacity, increased their knowledge of the circular economy, learned how to build brands and trademarks for their products, thereby increasing production and business efficiency and creating products with higher aesthetic value.

Mr. Truong Van Tien, Director of the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center, stated that the 2025 industrial promotion plan should not only focus on the number of supporting machinery or the number of trained personnel, but also on activating economic integration between the two regions. The diversity of supported industries reflects an overarching industrial promotion strategy, maximizing the potential of each region after the merger. The southern region, with its unique products and traditional crafts, will benefit from technological resources and management experience from the northern part of the province, accelerating the pace of industrialization in rural areas.

In 2025, the Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center will also implement a plan to directly support projects applying advanced machinery and equipment. This will help businesses replace old and outdated machinery, increase productivity, and reduce costs. The supported projects are diverse, covering many industries, from agricultural processing to mechanics and furniture. Funding for industrial promotion aims to improve productivity and product quality, create conditions for businesses to develop products that meet market demands, and contribute to the transformation of the rural economic and labor structure.

(Ninh Phuoc commune) with 130 million VND to invest in purchasing milling machines for wood product manufacturing, increasing accuracy and aesthetics. Dang Khoi Construction and Service Trading Co., Ltd. (Ninh Son commune) also received 130 million VND to invest in specialized equipment to serve the needs of urban infrastructure construction...

Mr. Nguyen Sanh Duong, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, stated that the 2025 industrial promotion plan is designed to achieve a dual objective: stabilizing and developing rural industries after mergers; and creating advanced production models with widespread impact, serving as a nucleus for the sustainable industrial development of the province in the new decade. With consolidated resources and a flexible adjustment strategy, industrial promotion efforts are truly creating a breakthrough in scale, depth, and vision, promising a vibrant rural industrial landscape and contributing to the achievement of the set socio-economic development goals.
