Techcombank elevates its partnership with Wincommerce.

Techcombank and WinCommerce are elevating their strategic partnership in 2025 to provide customers with superior, exclusive payment solutions in both financial and non-financial services.

Accordingly, financial service solutions such as easy account opening at WinMart/WinMart+/WiN supermarket and store chains ( thuộc WinCommerce), fully meeting customers' needs for deposits and withdrawals, and offering diverse payment methods with a wide network throughout Vietnam… will be the guiding principle for the bank's strategic operations. This is a key objective for Techcombank in 2025, realized through enhanced cooperation with strategic partners to deliver a complete value chain to customers.

WinCommerce is currently the largest modern retail chain in Vietnam in terms of scale, with nearly 4,000 WinMart/WinMart+/WiN supermarkets and stores covering both urban and rural areas. Masan Group's retail platform continuously applies new initiatives to bring added value to consumers.

WinCommerce's enhanced partnership with Techcombank is a further step in realizing its "Point of Life" strategy. With the slogan "WiN is all you need," WinCommerce aims to provide an ecosystem of experiences serving 100 million Vietnamese consumers, from essential daily needs to financial products and services.

The collaboration between Techcombank and Wincommerce provides a comprehensive financial and retail solution for customers.

In fact, over the past two years, Techcombank and Masan Group have been cooperating, becoming an extension of the chain to help customers fully experience the conveniences in the financial and retail value chain. Customers with diverse shopping needs, from basic daily necessities to lifestyle products and services at WinMart/WinMart+/WiN supermarkets/stores, can easily access the best financial touchpoints and products and services from Techcombank.

Understanding customer needs for banking services and providing the most convenient experiences for each region, starting in January, Techcombank and WinCommerce collaborated to implement a payment agent model, focusing on key retail locations in three provinces: Bac Ninh , Bac Giang, and Can Tho. Initially, this collaboration involves 45 stores and supermarkets within WinCommerce's retail chain, which have been converted into Techcombank payment agents. This model promises to deliver superior benefits to customers.

The role of financial inclusion is becoming increasingly important in the current context to ensure that all citizens and businesses can access appropriate financial resources and solutions.

With the proposed banking agency model, expected to be implemented throughout the network of sales points spanning from urban to rural areas, Techcombank and WinCommerce anticipate not only solving the problem of financial access but also becoming a crucial driving force in the digital transformation journey, promoting sustainable economic development, and contributing to Vietnam's further progress in integration and development.

Prior to this, right after the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Snake 2025, the two sides coordinated and implemented detailed activities ranging from services and sales to technology to help the WinCommerce retail chain quickly become a payment agent for Techcombank.
