Therefore, organizing the 2023 Socio-Economic Forum is essential to comprehensively assess the global and domestic situation, conduct a mid-term review of the implementation of the socio-economic development plan and the economic restructuring plan for the 2021-2025 period, and thereby find policy solutions to remove bottlenecks, unlock resources and momentum, support the economy in overcoming difficulties, recovering, and promoting growth.

At the same time, the opinions and discussions at the forum will be a useful source of information, providing additional scientific and practical arguments for the National Assembly's Ethnic Council and Committees to review matters within their functions; and an important source of input for National Assembly deputies to consider and decide on important national issues at the 6th session of the 15th National Assembly.

In his opening remarks at the conference, National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue highly appreciated the contributions of experts and scientists in organizing economic and cultural forums and conferences of the National Assembly, as well as their important contributions to the timely and correct decisions of the National Assembly.
