The Commune government has proactively arranged human resources, assigned tasks scientifically , and ensured quick processing of procedures, avoiding overload.   Currently, the Center has been actively promoting the application of information technology, synchronizing data with the provincial system, gradually implementing digital transformation in administrative management. In addition, training and skill development for officials and civil servants are also focused on to meet the requirements of serving the people professionally.

Along with the effective operation of the Public Administration Service Center, Than Khe commune has synchronously implemented solutions to promote socio-economic development based on available potential and space. A clear proof is the development in traditional craft villages that both preserve cultural identity and create stable livelihoods for people. In Chi Linh village, through many ups and downs, the conical hat making profession still maintains a vibrant life every day. The image of women skillfully sewing conical hats has become familiar. On average, a person can make 2-3 bucket hats or 1-2 high-end hats per day. The market price ranges from 30,000 VND/bucket hat, 70,000 - 120,000 VND/high-end hat. To maintain the craft village, Than Khe commune maintains the effective operation of the Conical Hat Service Cooperative with more than 1,000 participating members. Mr. Nguyen Van Duan, Director of the Conical Hat Service Cooperative, said: To preserve the profession, the Cooperative has gradually built a brand, expanded the market to ensure stable output to create sustainable development for the craft village, contributing to increasing income and improving people's lives.

In Kenh village, the tofu making profession has been famous for generations. The people here always take care to preserve their ancestors' profession.

Ms. Dang Thi Huong shared: My family has been in this profession for more than 20 years. Every day, I use 100 kg of soybeans to process more than 200 kg of tofu. Unlike many common types of tofu, Kenh village tofu can be stored for 3-4 days in the refrigerator while still retaining its fatty, rich, and creamy taste, without impurities. The selling price ranges from 25,000 - 30,000 VND/kg.

Not only stopping at preserving traditional values ​​through craft villages, Than Khe today is also strongly transforming in the flow of industrialization development. With increasingly complete infrastructure, industrial clusters are being systematically planned, the locality is aiming to become an attractive destination for investors inside and outside the province. Mr. Tran Xuan Dien, Chairman of the People's Committee of Than Khe commune said: Bac Son industrial cluster with a scale of 70 hectares is completing detailed planning. Along with that, Viet Bac and Dong Do industrial clusters are proposed to be included in the province's planning, opening up great development space for the locality. Key traffic routes such as: DT.468 (Thai Ha), DT.455, DT.216, DH.60 ...   is considered a strategic fulcrum connecting Than Khe with the development triangle of Hanoi - Hai Phong - Quang Ninh, creating momentum to shift the local economic structure towards industry and trade.   -   service.
