Ms. Dang Thi Huong shared: "My family has been in this business for over 20 years. Every day, I use 100 kg of soybeans to produce more than 200 kg of tofu. Unlike many common types of tofu, tofu from Kenh village can be stored for 3-4 days in the refrigerator while still retaining its rich, creamy, and savory flavor, without any added impurities. The selling price ranges from 25,000 to 30,000 VND per kg."
Not only preserving traditional values through handicraft villages, Than Khe today is also undergoing a strong transformation in the flow of industrialization.
