Specifically, the scores are as follows: Civics 302 perfect scores (10/10), Geography 282 perfect scores, History 194 perfect scores, Chemistry 120 perfect scores, English 10 perfect scores, Physics 5 perfect scores, and Biology 1 perfect score. Mathematics had no perfect scores (10/10).
In the 2023 high school graduation exam, Thanh Hoa province had 935 perfect scores (10 points), with over 36,400 registered candidates.
Notably, in this year's exam, Thanh Hoa province has a student named To Thi Dieu from Quang Xuong 4 High School (Quang Xuong District, Thanh Hoa Province) who is the top scorer nationwide in the humanities/social sciences group, with scores of 9.75 in Literature, 10 in History, and 10 in Geography.
According to the Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training, the average score for the 2024 high school graduation exam in Thanh Hoa province is 6.82 points, ranking 18th out of 63 provinces and cities, an increase of 3 places compared to 2023.
In the 2024 high school graduation exam, Thanh Hoa province had over 38,000 registered candidates, ranking third nationwide, after Hanoi (over 109,000 candidates) and Ho Chi Minh City (over 88,000 candidates).
