| Xuan Duong Commune Police gave gifts to Ha Linh on the occasion of the recent Mid-Autumn Festival. |
During a trip to the base to attend a regular Party cell meeting at Khuoi Cay village Party cell, Xuan Duong commune, according to the assignment of the Commune Party Executive Committee, the Chief of Xuan Duong Commune Police learned that in the village there was a girl named Trieu Thi Ha Linh, a 3rd grade student at Dong Xa Boarding Primary School, a studious girl who had to be separated from her parents at an early age (her parents divorced, her mother married far away, and her father went to a drug rehabilitation facility).
Her life depends on her grandparents who are old and weak, and her family still has many difficulties, being a poor household, with a temporary and dilapidated house. With the attention of the Party and the State, recently, the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province has deployed the construction of a new house with support funds from the Ministry of Public Security (inaugurated in August 2025) for the family.
However, the house was far from the school, the grandparents did not know how to ride a motorbike, and could not afford to send their child to school. Although Ha Linh always wanted to go to school, the house was far from the school, the road was dangerous, especially on rainy days, while the economic situation was difficult, the family let her stay home from school for about 2 weeks to help with housework and farming.

| Ha Linh's joy at continuing to go to school and continuing to write her dreams. |
Understanding Ha Linh's situation, through the work of monitoring the area, the Commune Police and Lieutenant Colonel Ma Thanh Tung, Chief of Commune Police, personally visited Trieu Thi Ha Linh's house many times. They spent time talking and analyzing in a reasonable manner with her grandparents and family members so that Ha Linh could continue to nurture her dream of going to school like many of her peers.
Thanks to the perseverance and dedication of the Commune Police, the family agreed to let Trieu Thi Ha Linh continue to go to school. On the occasion of the recent Mid-Autumn Festival, the Commune Police went to Na Thac Primary School, where Ha Linh studied, to encourage, share, visit and give gifts including: school bag, notebook, raincoat, umbrella, necessary school supplies and Mid-Autumn Festival gifts to her. The small gifts are a source of spiritual encouragement, helping Ha Linh have more determination to continue going to school.
The kindness and responsibility of the officers and soldiers of Xuan Duong Commune Police to share with those in difficult circumstances has kindled faith and hope in the little student to continue nurturing her dream of going to school.
Her bright smile when joining her friends on the way to class proved her meaningful action, further demonstrating the spirit of the police officers keeping the village peaceful - "Serving the people".
