At the Tran Van On Secondary School examination center (Tan Dinh ward), as soon as the gates opened, cheers of joy echoed throughout the street. Most candidates left with bright smiles on their faces.
Nguyen The Kiet, a 12th-grade student from Tran Dai Nghia Specialized High School, said that he only spent time reasoning on two probability questions because the given data was a bit confusing. All the other questions were easy. The student stated that he had over 20 minutes to spare.

Similarly, Vo Thuy Tran, a student in class 12A1 at Tran Dai Nghia Specialized High School, commented that this year's math exam was easier than last year's. The multiple-choice and true/false questions were both easy. The short-answer section included two probability questions; one could be answered after some reasoning, while the other was quite difficult.
For the geometry section, this year's exam provided coordinate hints to the candidates, so it wasn't designed to be tricky. Thuy Tran confidently stated that she scored 9 points in Mathematics.

This is also the opinion of Thanh Long, a student in class 12A3 at Bui Thi Xuan High School. This candidate stated that by carefully reading the questions and possessing good test-taking skills, it's easy to score 8-9 points. Only those aiming for 9-10 points need strong critical thinking abilities.
"I noticed that many students couldn't answer the probability questions because they were quite tricky and involved deciphering codes. Overall, the exam didn't have any unusual or surprising questions," Thanh Long said excitedly.
After completing the two compulsory subjects, Mathematics and Literature, tomorrow (June 12th) candidates will complete the final exam consisting of two elective subjects, with 50 minutes allotted for each elective subject.
According to a report from the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training, during the Literature exam on the morning of June 11th, two candidates at the Long Truong Secondary School examination center experienced health problems during the exam.
One student had to be hospitalized. The examination center assisted in transporting the student to a medical facility and followed the procedures for special consideration as per regulations. Another student fainted immediately after receiving the exam papers and was taken to the medical room for treatment. After recovering, the student returned to the examination room to take the exam as normal, without any extra time.
In addition, at the Ly Thuong Kiet Secondary School examination center (Binh Tri Dong ward), three exam papers had printing errors. The examination center proceeded to open backup exam papers as per regulations. Due to the long distance between examination rooms, with travel time ranging from 3-5 minutes, the examination center provided extra time for the affected candidates.
At the Nguyen Du Secondary School examination center (Tan Thoi Hoa ward), one student skipped page 2 and started directly from page 3. The Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training instructed the student to lock page 2 and continue working from page 3. The incident was recorded in the incident report as per regulations.
