Tornadoes often occur along with strong thunderstorms. When thunderstorm warnings are issued, people should seek shelter in safe, sturdy buildings.
At sea, from the night of March 12th to March 14th, the northern and central areas of the East Sea (including the Hoang Sa Special Economic Zone) will experience strong northeasterly winds of force 6, sometimes force 7, gusting to force 8-9, with rough seas.
