Mr. Truong The Hung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Tax Department of Tuyen Quang province, said that the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress identified State budget revenue as one of the 15 important targets for the 2020 - 2025 term. Along with that, improving the quality and efficiency of financial work is considered a key solution to implement breakthroughs, creating momentum for comprehensive socio -economic development. With great efforts and determination, after only four years of implementation, by the end of 2024, the total State budget revenue in the province reached over 4,000 billion VND, completing one year ahead of the target set by the Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.

In 2025, the provincial Tax sector strives to collect over VND5,000 billion in budget revenue. To achieve this goal, the Tuyen Quang provincial Tax sector will implement a number of key and synchronous solutions. In particular, it will continue to proactively advise local Party committees and authorities and coordinate with relevant sectors to effectively implement and fully cover all budget revenue sources in the province; collect correctly, fully and promptly all revenues to the State budget, as well as strengthen coordination between relevant sectors in handling related administrative procedures, especially investment procedures to speed up the implementation of projects in the province, manage land, mineral resources, etc. to generate revenue for the budget.

At the same time, the provincial Tax Department has stepped up inspection, examination and prevention of tax losses, focusing on a number of areas such as: Management of temporary basic construction; gasoline and oil trading; gold, silver and precious stone trading; forestry processing; e-commerce activities; real estate transfer; types of services, etc. Strengthening dialogue and answering questions for taxpayers, while promoting propaganda work to raise awareness of voluntary compliance with tax obligations of businesses and people; synchronously and promptly implementing policies to support tax exemption, reduction and extension and land rent to bring these support packages into life, creating momentum for businesses.
