According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, the water level at 7am today on the Thao River in Yen Bai was 33,69m, 3m above alert level 1,69. On the Cau River at Dap Cau it was 4,73m, 1m above alert level 0,33. On the Thuong River at Phu Lang Thuong it was 5,47m, 2m above alert level 0,17. On the Luc Nam River at Luc Nam it was 6,70m, 3m above alert level 0,40.
On Lo River in Tuyen Quang 20,15m, below BĐ1 about 1,85m. On Thai Binh River in Pha Lai 3,73m, below BĐ1 is 0,27m.
It is forecasted that the flood on Luc Nam River will change slowly and peak at 6,80m at noon today, and 3m later on BĐ0,5.
