Two men suffered severe burns while roasting dog meat.

While using a gas cylinder to roast dog meat, two men in Nghe An province were directly engulfed in flames, suffering severe burns to approximately 38% of their bodies. After the accident, the victims arbitrarily poured gasoline on the burned areas, making the injuries even worse.

According to initial information, on the morning of April 28th, LVN and PVL (both residing in Tan An commune, Nghe An province) were using a gas cylinder to roast dog meat. The gas cylinder was placed near a fire source, and when the valve was opened, the gas spurted out and ignited the flames, causing both of them to suffer direct burns.

The patient was diagnosed with burns to the head, face, neck, and limbs, with the total affected area covering approximately 38% of the body.

The victim intentionally poured gasoline on the burned area, making the wound worse and increasing the risk of infection and complications.
