According to a report from the Office of the Ministry of National Defense at the meeting, currently, the entire army has over 600 agencies and units using the document management and administration system, with over 70.000 accounts, meeting the requirements. Request deployment for agencies and units at all levels and fully implement the process of issuing, sending, receiving and processing digitally signed electronic documents. The Office of the Ministry of National Defense has deployed training and guidance to agencies and units on the content of sending, receiving and processing digitally signed electronic documents. From January 01, 01 up to now, for agencies and units under the Ministry, there have been 2024 electronic documents sent, received and processed, of which 32.417% of electronic documents are digitally signed. Along with that, the Office of the Ministry of National Defense reported to the Head of the Ministry of National Defense to promulgate Regulations on monitoring, urging, inspecting, and monitoring the implementation of tasks by the Central Military Commission and leaders of the Ministry of National Defense. Documents are confidential when the security solution is completed. Officials and employees have been trained and practiced sending, receiving and processing documents in the network environment; especially submitting and processing electronic documents using personal digital signatures and assigning, monitoring, and urging the implementation of tasks assigned by the Central Military Commission and leaders of the Ministry of National Defense. Agencies in the Office of the Ministry of National Defense have presented, digitally signed documents, and released them on the system to agencies and units throughout the army.
