Associations in districts and Ca Mau City also actively participated with the Economic Department and the Economic and Infrastructure Department to implement propaganda activities in their respective areas. Many propaganda activities included disseminating policies and laws protecting consumer rights, especially the Law on Consumer Rights Protection and programs for businesses serving consumers. The Provincial Association also coordinated with media agencies to broadcast and publish information about the significance of Consumer Rights Day, aiming to raise community awareness.
One of the main goals of activities in response to Consumer Rights Day is to raise public awareness of consumer rights. In reality, transparent product information, along with consumer protection activities by businesses, is crucial in helping people choose quality and safe products.
