On January 19, regarding the case of 1 divers missing after a loud explosion, leaders of Ngoc Hien district (Ca Mau province) announced that the body of one of the victims had been found near the explosion scene.
Accordingly, the victim was found to be N.C.H. (16 years old, living in Nam Can district, Ca Mau province). H.'s body was intact and was identified by his family.
Also today, search activities for missing victims on Cua Lon River ended, and the task force left the scene.
As reported, people saw 3 divers including: N.N.T. (42 years old), T.V.N. (33 years old) and N.C.H. (living in Nam Can district) controlled the boat to the Cua Lon river area in Tan An Tay commune, Ngoc Hien district.
At around 9:30 a.m., there was a loud explosion, causing all three victims to go missing. Many witnesses said that on tree branches around the scene, a body part was discovered, suspected to be that of one of the victims.
